Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY 

We have designed our readiness kits to have everything that you could need and more. While we stand behind our products, we understand there might be times when a customer might want to initiate a return. If for whatever reason, you decide that this is not the product is not for you, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and we will reimburse you your money.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The 30-day return policy does not apply for the following:

• Used items - products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging

• You have already returned the item once previously (an item can be returned once per order)

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

      WHAT’S YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

      Redi products can be returned anytime within the 30-day returns policy. To start a return, contact us at info@redi-usa.com or go to our self-serve return portal and we'll get it taken care of! After 30 business days from date of delivery, Redi will not accept any returned items from customers. Under no circumstances will products be accepted for return after 30 business days of delivery without written authorization.

      Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse orders and refunds, including those which our payments processing partners have identified as fraudulent.

      Redi handles the cost of return shipping for all contiguous USA orders. If you reside outside of this area you’ll need to cover the cost of returning the product. 

      To be eligible for a full refund ensure all components of the kit are included, in their original packaging, and are unused. Things we check for:

      • The product is unused and is in original, saleable condition.

      • The contents are still inside and the quantities are correct.

      • The product inserts and content lists are still inside, in their original location.

      • The car attachment/mounting hardware is included and is in original condition.

      Damages and issues 
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

      Exchanges
      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

      European Union 14 day cooling off period
      Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      Refunds
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
